Depending on your chosen Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan, you will have several of the following options for paying your monthly Medicare plan premiums:
-
Automatic electronic monthly withdrawal from your checking or savings bank account;
-
Receive a direct monthly bill from the plan (or Coupon Book);
- Automatic payments from your Railroad Retirement Board check;
- Credit Card payment;
- Automatic deduction from your monthly Social Security benefit.
You can learn more about the payment options available to you by reviewing your plan's Evidence of Coverage document or telephoning the plan's Member Services department -- the toll-free telephone number is found on your Member ID card. We also have most Medicare plan Member Services
numbers online. Just click on the plan name using our
Medicare Advantage Plan Finder or
Medicare Part D Plan Finder.
Remember, it may take your Medicare plan up to three (3) months to change your premium payment method.
