There are several ways to contact your Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage plan:
(1) Call the toll-free telephone number found on your Member ID card.
You can also
reach a Medicare plan’s Member Services department by calling the
toll-free number found on any Member ID card or you can find the Member
Services number on most of a plan’s printed plan information.
(2) Call the toll-free telephone number we provide in our Medicare Plan Finders.
We include the toll-free Member Services telephone numbers for most Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage plans in our Q1Medicare® Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage Plan Finder coverage details.
Contact numbers for stand-alone Medicare Part D plans - You can find the toll-free Member Services number for stand-alone Medicare Part D prescription drug plans (
PDPs) in our Medicare Part D Plan Finder -
PDP-Finder.com – to begin, just choose your state and then click on the Medicare plan name to view the plan's toll-free contact number.
Contact numbers for Medicare Advantage plans - We also have the Member Services' contact information in our Medicare Advantage plan coverage pages (
MAs, MAPDs,
SNPs.
HSAs). You can start with our Medicare Advantage Plan Finder -
MA-Finder.com
and enter your ZIP (then click the green "Click to Find Plans" button)
and then click on the Medicare plan name you wish to reach – the Member
Service’s telephone number is listed at the top of the plan coverage
detail page.
(3) Call a Medicare representative.
If you still cannot find the Medicare plan’s contact information – or need
additional assistance, then you can telephone a
Medicare representative at 1-800-633-4227, select the prescription drug
option, and then choose the option to speak with a Medicare
representative.
Once connected, you can explain your situation to a Medicare
representative and ask the representative to help you contact any
specific Medicare plan.
(4) Call your Insurance Agent or a local Medicare advocate.
You can also telephone your local insurance agent (who may have helped
you join the Medicare plan) and they can provide the contact information
for your Medicare plan. You can also telephone a local Medicare
advocate from a Senior Center or
SHIP counselor and they will be able to provide contract information for most all Medicare plans.
