What are the Humana co-pays for meds? Is there a way to get a 90 day supply?

Your co-pay would depend on which plan you have selected.  If you have selected the Standard plan, you would pay a 25% co-insurance.  If you have selected the Enhanced or Complete plans, your medications are organized into Tiers.  Most generics are in Tier 1 and have a co-pay of $7.  Preferred brand drugs are in Tier 2 and have a co-pay of $30.  Non-preferred brand drugs are in Tier 3 and have a co-pay of $60.

On the Complete plan, these co-pays stay the same even during the donut hole (coverage gap).  With the Standard or Enhanced plans, you are responsible for 100% of your medication costs during the donut hole.

Below is a link to the Formulary so that you can see in which Tiers your medications fall.

As to the 90 day supply, your doctor would have to prepare the 90 day supply prescription.  Both in-store pharmacies and mail-order pharmacies can fill the 90 day supply.  You do receive a co-pay break on a 90 day supply from the mail-order pharmacies.
