I was entered into the wrong plan! I was about to use my Humana card and was told that it has the wrong code for my County. My number is CMS S5884 016. My wife's Plan number is the same except hers ends with 010.
Your Medicare Part D card should work at any participating pharmacy - anywhere in the United States. However your card information should be corrected with the Humana New Member Services. The plan number S5884-016 is the Humana Enhanced Plan in Missouri. The plan number S5884-010 is the Enhanced Plan in Florida. The last digit was apparently entered into the system incorrectly (a 0 can easily be mistaken for a 6 when hand written).
