I am a new blue medicare Rx Value menber under your new plan for prescription drug plan. how much do i have to pay out of my pocket & were do i go fo my prescription to be fill.

According to the general information, you should have an intial $250 deductible plus $5 - $25 COPAY AND/OR 25% COINSURANCE.  You should receive a Summary of Benefits and a list of pharmacies when you enrolled or as part of your Welcome Packet . If you did not receive anything please contact  - ANTHEM BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD at 866-803-5170 or use the telephone number printed on your Membership card.
