You could set up an online access account on www.humana.com.
In the gray "Log in" area (right-hand side of the screen) - click on "Register Now". Next click on "Member". On the next page, enter your SSN as your Member ID, Date of Birth, Zip Code and Email address. Then click on "next" and follow through the next pages.
You can set up an electronic overview of your Medicare Part D activity, see your Member ID information, and check to see the status of your plan.
