I received my card and my last name is mis-spelled. My pharmacy won't fill my prescription because my name is spelled wrong.

Unfortunately, on rare occassions your name could be misspelled on your Member ID Card.   

However, you phamacist might be able to contact your Medicare Part D prescription drug plan and get the correct information to fill your prescriptions.

You should also contact your Medicare Part D plan's Member Service and and get a corrected Medicare Part D Member ID card issued.

If you are having trouble getting the misspelling corrected, you can also telelphone Medicare at 1-800-633-4227 and ask a Medicare representative for assistance.
