Please have your father contact Humana directly to receive his replacement Member ID card. When your father calls Humana, the Member Services representative can also provide your father with his Drug Plan Membership information:
Rx BIN, etc.
so that he can still fill his prescriptions while he awaits the arrival of his new ID card.
