No. The $250 Donut Hole rebate checks were only sent to people who reached their 2010 Medicare Part D plan's Donut Hole or Coverage Gap.
The good news is that the $250 Donut Hole rebate acted like a transition into the Medicare Part D Donut Hole discount program that started in 2011.
