Medicare.gov Review Current Coverage and Consider Options - Information Summary
This page provides an overview of all the information that you have entered currently. In this example, you see that the person has original Medicare and has several options for prescription drug coverage: a stand alone Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) or a Medicare Health Plan (or Medicare Advantage plan) that has a prescription drug benefit (MA-PD).
This page also reviews the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) that falls between November 15 and December 31. Also, the Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs) are noted, when a Medicare beneficiary can change plans outside of the AEP. Finally, the Open Enrollment Period for Medicare Health Plans or Medicare Advantage plans is noted as falling between January 1 and March 31.
