What You will Need to Change Plans or to Enroll
If you are changing your plan, you will need:
- Your Humana Member ID
- Your Date of Birth
- Your ZIP code
If you are signing up for a Humana plan for the first time, you will need:
- Your ZIP code
- The information from your Medicare card
- Your letter from the Social Security Administration or Railroad Retirement Board

The 2008 Enrollment Module
This screen allows you to verify that you have selected the correct plan and then decide if you are an existing member wanting to change plans or new to Humana. Entering a "new" enrollment although you are an existing member, will not adversely effect your membership.
We have experience that an existing member has tried to log in using their correct Member ID, Date of Birth, and ZIP Code and receives a message that their plan is not found. Do not get discouraged. Simply use the link to the normal enrollment (as though you are a new member). You will have to enter a bit more information, however your change will be processed.
